 John’s goal is to be used by the Holy Spirit as He removes the

 areas that interfere in our walk with God.  These include our

 pains, sorrows, traumas, lies, and rejections as well as the sins of

 our ancestors. John recognizes the value of finding the seed of

 one’s affliction rather than just treating the symptoms or teaching

you how to  manage your pain.
